I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit disappointing with some cleanliness issues and lack of hot water, but I appreciated the cold air conditioning and nice balcony space. The location was fantastic, just a block away from the river and all the downtown attractions. However, the service could have been better as some staff were not very welcoming. Overall, it's okay but could use some improvements.

The rooms were a bit of a letdown; the bed was stained and the towels were not fresh, plus there was no hot water. On the plus side, I loved the cold temperature of the room which was just how I like it, and the balcony was a nice touch.

The service was a bit hit or miss. Some staff members were friendly and helpful with suggestions, but I had an experience where I was abruptly asked to leave due to a misunderstanding with housekeeping.
